tutions, which can significantly impact the rehabilitation of those sentenced to
this penalty. This allows them to remain within the prison institution but without
undergoing a freedom-depriving punishment.
Planning a study day or workshop focused on sharing and learning from
04 best practices and experiences that can be utilized in the development of
new texts and regulations, or the enhancement of existing ones.
